I was tasked with branding a branch of CHEFWEAR’s apparel collection that focused on BBQ elements and culture. This included the Logo as well as some shirt and hat designs.
I was approached by Chefwear, a company who specializes in kitchen apparel and accessories, to come up with some designs for their new fall line of hats and shirts for which there would be four distinct styles; Classic, Rugged, Skate/Tattoo, and Pastry.
It was pretty exciting to work on this project because of my previous experience in working in the culinary field. I decided that each direction would focus on the culture and slang that revolves around the restaurant industry at the same time reinforcing Chefwear's legacy.
GRAY’S HEAT-N-AIR, LLC is a company who specializes in HVAC work who approached me to establish their company’s branding. The owner Matt is a fan of vintage motorcycle/garage graphics and expressed how he wanted some of those aesthetics applied in his new logo.
This was created for an online competition by the FUTUR, the challenge was to redesign a sigil from a selection of families from the show. I chose to redesign the Stark Sigil with the idea of what the family has gone through up to now.
Each blood drop represents each Stark murdered, Ayra is a driving force for avenging the Stark house so through needle she restores the Stark name and secure the crown for the new King of the North. The new house phrase is a play on words because of needle but essentially means your deeds good or bad, will repay you in kind.
The design made top 50 for the first round of the challenge.
This was an album cover developed for El Paso Indie artist Bombus Mexicanus first concept album titled Veneno. The art direction revolves around the love interest as well as the native flora and fauna of the Chihuahuan Desert region.
This was a branding project for an El Paso based company who began to can their own nitro cold brew coffee. I along with Edgar “Boni” Soto; another designer who I partnered with were tasked with initial branding as well as the label design.

Nishi Ramen is a small ramen shop that focuses on bold flavors by blending traditional Japanese ramen with the cuisine and flavors of Mexican influence.
I was tasked with creating social media content and promos that focus on the fun and light heartedness of the restaurant by using hand drawn illustrations and textures.
These posters were created as entries for the International Poster Biennial in Mexico competition in the category of Biodiversity. The posters were designed to face the ugly reality of threatened state of the species and environments of the world are in using type and striking visuals.
I was tasked with branding earplay productions, a company who’s target audience is primarily young children. The company revolves around getting children to learn through the means of music records.
Aside from the branding I was to also create a “Deluxe Package” which would include the box, interactive puzzle set, a set of plush toys, the vinyl jacket and sleeve with illustrations of the story Peter And The Wolf.
Artes Oscuras is an artisanal dark chocolate company who specializes in small batch high quality dark chocolate bars. Since all the bars are dark chocolate the designs and names of flavors revolve around dark magic.
The packaging consists of stationary as well as a deluxe box that mimics a witch’s spell book where the bars are the spells within.
These concept illustrations were done for a children’s book where the story revolved around Ringo the lion and his friends, sadly the project never came to fruition. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the process and character building that I worked on for the story.
This was created for fun for an online competition by Logo Inspirations, the challenge was to create a badge that reflected the outdoors.
I took inspiration from the beautiful patterns and colors of the native flora of the Chihuahua desert, which I am from.
This was a poster entry for AIGA’s El Paso’s chapter for an art event to increase the voter turn out. I decided to take a design route poking fun at the political climate at the time.
This poster was designed to celebrate a 100 year anniversary of Metamorphosis, a novella written by Franz Kafka. The story follows Gregor a salesman who wakes up one day to find himself transformed into a bug.
While reading the story I found myself really inspired by the references to time passing and the anxiety that entails.
